Just finished making some apricot jam 😀 Sadly it’s not as thick as the store ones, maybe it will thicken in the fridge xD
And it’s delicious ^-^ The apricots are from my mother in law, right out of her garden.

I filled 3 big and 3 small jars. It was roughly 2.4 kg of pitted apricots. 🙂 1.7kg sugar. I started with 1kg but ended up adding more, hoping to thicken the jam. I suppose I need even more sugar next time haha.


Have a whole bunch more xD Will cook again tomorrow.
