Hello guys! What is Actifit and how do I use it and even get rewards?? I’ve been trying to work out more like pushups and situps. However I have to avoid outside activities as the air is dangerously polluted. I’m hoping more exercising would help my energy and sleep better. Often it’s hard for me to get motivated work out or I just feel too tired. Also how often should you post actifit reports?

Is Actifit only for walking and running?
